• Impersonate others or provide false information

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of outbreak reports or specialist information.

5. Specialist Services

LiceAware connects users with independent lice treatment specialists. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of services provided by specialists. All agreements for services are between you and the specialist directly.

6. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LiceAware and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. LiceAware makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall LiceAware, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiceAware and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
